Inaugural Summit for People-Centric Leadership convenes 12 visionary business leaders proving people-first leadership drives resilience and prosperity on October 22nd.

PHOENIX - Washingtoner -- The Dave Alexander Center for Social Capital today announced the inaugural Summit for People-Centric Leadership, a one-day gathering on October 22, 2026 at Avant 121 in Phoenix that will convene 200–300 CEOs, CHROs, founders, and senior leaders from values-driven organizations across Arizona and the U.S built around a single conviction: taking care of people is taking care of business.

A Collective Force for Change

The Summit will feature 12 trailblazing leaders from diverse industries, each demonstrating that prioritizing people is not at odds with business success — it is the foundation of it. Together, they represent a powerful movement toward reimagining capitalism with human dignity at its core.
