Anastasia Chertova, NECP New England Consulting Partners
BOSTON - Washingtoner -- Anastasia Chertova has been promoted to Senior Business Analyst. Chertova joined the firm in 2023 as an intern assisting in 13 week cash flow modeling, market research and report preparation. She holds a bachelor's degree in International Economic Relations from Taras Shevchenko National University of Kyiv and is currently pursuing a master's degree in leadership management at Lauder Business School in Vienna. She also completed the accounting program at the University of Virginia's Darden School of Business. Additionally, Chertova is responsible for organizing and leading the "Learn to be a Turnaround Consultant," a free program the firm started for young Ukrainians. Thirty participants successfully completed its first stage, and the program now continues as an internship stage. She completed Deloitte's Audit School, competed in the CFA Research Challenge, and continues to strengthen her "analytical toolkit" through coursework in business analytics and data-driven decision making. Chertova speaks English, German, Ukrainian and Russian, which allows her to work comfortably with clients across different markets. In her free time Chertova enjoys being with her family and friends.

Thomas V. Desmond CPA MST, Founder of NECP, said of Chertova, "It has been our great pleasure to watch Anastasia grow into this position. Anastasia was 17 years old when she joined us as an Intern and each day we witnessed her progress. During the entire three years each day she added value. On at least three occasions Anastasia made presentations to the 'C Suite' of our clients and 'Senior Workout Officers' of various major American banks. Her poise was noted by both. She has become a legitimate turnaround professional at the young age of 20. We are more than proud of her."
