Aegislead Serves Entire Security Industry Aegislead - From Lead To Revenue AegisLead
New platform brings industry-specific sales tools to security providers, with integrated field operations, scheduling, and billing for guard companies

CHICAGO - Washingtoner -- After more than 20 years working his way from regional director to executive vice president in the security industry, Anthony Rumore saw the same problems follow companies as they grew: finding qualified prospects, preparing bids, and getting sales, operations, and finance to work from the same information.

Today, Rumore announced the launch of AegisLead, an AI-powered sales intelligence and operations platform designed for the physical security industry.

Available at AegisLead.co, the platform helps alarm dealers, security integrators, executive protection firms, private investigators, consultants, and guard companies identify commercial prospects, research decision-makers, and manage their sales pipeline. For contract security guard companies, it also connects new business to staffing, field reporting, compliance and billing.

"I spent years looking for a better way to find qualified opportunities and get our teams the information they needed to win them," said Rumore, founder of AegisLead. "Then we'd win a contract, and operations would have to enter much of that information all over again. Those disconnects cost time and money, and they become harder to manage with every branch you add."

Rumore developed AegisLead around challenges he encountered throughout his career, from lengthy proposal preparation to manually reconciled timesheets and limited visibility into account profitability.

"An account can look good on paper and still lose money because of overtime, scheduling gaps, or billing errors," Rumore said. "I wanted to give security leaders a clearer view of what's happening in their business while they still have time to do something about it."

Sales Tools Built for Security Businesses

AegisLead's sales platform, AegisLead Generation™, helps security providers find commercial facilities and decision-makers, identify potential buying signals, and develop outreach informed by each prospect's security needs.

The package includes a security-specific customer relationship management system to track opportunities, along with AI-assisted tools for drafting branded proposals and responses to requests for proposals.

While its sales tools serve businesses across the physical security industry, AegisLead offers additional packages for the daily demands of running a contract guard company:
  • AegisLead Guard™ supports patrol verification and field accountability through GPS checkpoints, QR code scans, live location tracking, digital incident reports, daily activity reports, and mobile duress alerts.
  • AegisLead Operations™ connects scheduling, license and training compliance, verified attendance, timesheets and invoicing, with reporting that compares labor costs against billed revenue by site.
  • AegisLead Complete™ combines sales, field operations and workforce management. Won contracts become operational sites with post orders and rate cards carried forward, helping teams move from signing an account to delivering service.

"Security companies put a tremendous amount of effort into protecting their clients," Rumore said. "They need tools that reflect how their own businesses work. That was the starting point for AegisLead."
