Lisa Mauretti - Certified Travel Coach
Lisa Mauretti offers world class concierge coaching services to transform travel anxiety into personal growth and adventure

DARTMOUTH, Mass. - Washingtoner -- Peace of Mind Travel Coaching officially launched in 2025, offering specialized coaching services designed to guide individuals overcome travel-related fears and discover the transformative power of exploration and adventure.  This innovative service meets the needs of aspiring travelers who may let uncertainty, anxiety, or a lack of confidence keep them from experiencing the world of travel.

Founded by Lisa Mauretti, a seasoned traveler, with thousands of miles of personal and business travel experience, who has visited over 150 destinations worldwide, Peace of Mind Travel Coaching was created to offer personalized guidance for travelers ready to push beyond their comfort zone and discover how travel can become a powerful tool for growth, personal transformation, and self-discovery. Coaching is specifically designed for adventurers-at-heart who question their capabilities, worry about traveling solo, or struggle with the fear of the unknown.

"I know what it's like to question if you are capable- to wonder if fear will win," says Mauretti.  "But I also know the freedom, confidence, and personal transformation that comes from stepping away from home and into a travel journey that offers a meaningful adventure.  Travel isn't just about traveling to new places- it's about seeing yourself in a new way."

Mauretti's path to founding Peace of Mind Travel Coaching draws from decades of professional experience guiding others through life's most challenging transitions.  With a professional background spanning consulting, grant writing and program development, Montessori education, yoga and wellness, and preplanning funeral services, she recognizes and honors a common thread; the deep human desire for peace of mind amid growth, change, and uncertainty.  For her, during times of transition or challenge, solo travel emerged as the best tool to find clarity, courage, and perspective. With this knowledge she shaped the mission of Peace of Mind Travel Coaching to offer others a personalized path to find their own peace of mind, with confident, meaningful travel, and a renewed perspective upon the return home.

Peace of Mind Travel Coaching offers a unique approach to addressing the self-limiting beliefs that may scare people away from travel. Through One-on-One Coaching Sessions, clients receive an individualized plan that builds self-confidence, affirms resiliency, teaches practical strategies to overcome personal barriers, and offers knowledgeable support for successful travel planning, implementation, and evaluation. Group Coaching Sessions cover common travel concerns, focus on preparedness, and reinforce mindfulness for personal growth.  Travel and Retreat Excursions are available for travelers, who want an opportunity for supportive, guided travel, and a shared experience with fellow travelers who have similar goals and seek a transformative adventure.

"Decades ago my first solo journey through Europe was transformative," Mauretti recalls. "It forced me to confront fear, trust myself, and find ways to self-soothe when uncertainty felt overwhelming.  After decades of experience traveling to new places, I am excited to be able to coach others to experience that same breakthrough."

For anyone ready to stop letting fear dictate their choices, Peace of Mind Travel Coaching offers knowledgeable support, empowering encouragement, and the strategic tools needed to transform travel inhibitions into confident exploration and lasting personal growth.
