~ At 10:39am on October 22nd, 2025, the Seattle Police Department received a report of a vehicle/pedestrian collision at the intersection of Indiana and Columbus. According to initial information received by 911, the pedestrian was trapped under the vehicle. The victim was quickly attended to by medics and transported to a nearby hospital with life threatening injuries.
The driver of the vehicle involved in the collision is cooperating with authorities and there are no indications of impairment. Evidence found at the scene suggests that the incident occurred near Hamilton and Indiana. As a result, the area around this intersection will be temporarily closed for further investigation.
