Kirkland-based Managed Intelligence Provider recognized for putting production-ready AI to work for clients across the Microsoft ecosystem.

KIRKLAND, Wash. - Washingtoner -- Sparta Services LLC, a Managed Intelligence Provider (MIP) and Microsoft Solutions Partner, announced today that it has been named to CRN's 2026 AI Innovators list. CRN, a brand of The Channel Company, launched the list this year to recognize North American solution providers that have built AI into the solutions they deliver to customers.

The recognition reflects a shift Sparta made over the past year: from advising clients on AI to building and deploying it for them. Engagements typically start with Sparta's AI Readiness Assessment, which evaluates a client's highest-value use cases, data readiness, and security posture before development begins. That groundwork lets Sparta deliver production-ready AI with governance in place from the start.

A recent accounts payable project shows what that looks like in practice. A Greater Boston property management company with more than 200 properties was manually routing roughly 4,000 vendor invoices a month, many typed directly into email bodies. Sparta built a solution on its Power Suite platform that uses Microsoft AI Builder and Azure AI Foundry to match each invoice to the correct property. Unmatched invoices go to a human review queue, and each correction improves future routing. Property-routing accuracy now exceeds 95 percent in every property category, and the customer has spend reporting by property, vendor, and period for the first time.

Sparta has applied the same approach to IT support. Its IT Support Agent handles Tier 1 requests such as password resets, ticket updates, and escalations inside Microsoft Teams, Power Apps, and enterprise ticketing systems.

"Getting AI into production takes the right use case, clean data, and guardrails people can trust. Our team has spent the past year doing that work for our clients and inside our own business, and this recognition belongs to them," said Dave Galy, CEO and founder of Sparta Services.

That internal work includes adopting Azure OpenAI, Copilot Studio, and AI-powered Dynamics 365 across Sparta's own operations. The honor follows Galy's selection for CRN's 2026 Next-Gen Solution Provider Leaders list in August.

"Our 2026 AI Innovators honorees are helping shape the next generation of business transformation through the imaginative use of artificial intelligence," said Jennifer Follett, Vice President, U.S. Content and Executive Editor at CRN, The Channel Company.
