EVERYONE MISSED THE TRUTH GUBERMAN EXPOSED
No "Journalists, Media, Legal Teams, Government, Investors, Logistics, Insurers, & The Flying Public Live In The Fog Of Reality-Daryl Guberman: Until Guberman exposed Boeing's SVP. of Quality-Elizabeth Lund's June 2024 Lies With October 2024 Washington State On-Site Investigations.

EVERETT, Wash. - Washingtoner -- Daryl Guberman, a 40-year aerospace quality veteran, stands alone. Not one journalist, media outlet, government agency, or legal team for Ethiopian or Indonesian Airlines victims uncovered this 25-year truth: Boeing mandated AS9100 for suppliers since 2002, yet from 2002 to the present, Boeing built approximately 19,000 commercial and military aircraft in an uncertified environment-across Everett, Renton, Auburn, and Northfield, Washington-putting the flying public, crews, and passengers at risk. Everyone accepted management's word. Guberman didn't.

In a June 27, 2024 Reuters interview, Boeing SVP Quality Elizabeth Lund lied, claiming the company was "willing and prepared" for AS9100, "compliant to the standard," and conducting internal audits "as if certified." Guberman exposed her lies during October 2024 on-site investigations at Boeing's Washington State facilities-revealing zero employee AS9100 training, awareness, or audit evidence. Boeing should never have built planes in this uncertified void.

AS9100 Clauses Boeing Ignored-Each Proves THEY SHOULD NEVER HAVE BUILT PLANES !!
  • Clause 4.4 - Quality Management System Documentation:

Requires documented procedures, responsibilities, and authorities for all processes. Boeing needed this to ensure consistent, traceable quality across all aircraft production lines. Without it, processes are unverified and uncontrolled. Boeing should not have built airplanes without documented quality systems.

• Clause 7.4 - Communication with Suppliers and Stakeholders:
Ensures clear, documented communication regarding requirements, risks, and quality expectations. Boeing needed this to coordinate safely across thousands of employees and global suppliers. Without it, critical safety information could be missed. Boeing should not have built airplanes without proper communication systems.

• Clause 8.3 - Design and Development Controls:
Requires structured design planning, verification, validation, and approval before production. Boeing needed this to confirm every aircraft component met safety and performance requirements. Without it, aircraft could be structurally unsafe or non-compliant. Boeing should not have built airplanes without design controls.

• Clause 8.4 - Control of Externally Provided Processes, Products, and Services:
Requires oversight of suppliers and subcontractors to guarantee compliance with AS9100 and safety standards. Boeing needed this to ensure suppliers delivered certified, safe components. Without it, uncertified parts could compromise aircraft integrity. Boeing should not have built airplanes without supplier oversight.

• Clause 9.2 - Internal Audits:
Requires systematic evaluation of processes to ensure compliance and effectiveness. Boeing needed this to detect gaps before planes entered service. Without it, they could not guarantee safety or compliance. Boeing should not have built airplanes without internal audits.

• Clause 10.2 - Corrective Actions:
Requires processes to identify, investigate, and resolve nonconformities to prevent recurrence. Boeing needed this to fix defects and systemic issues before planes left the factory. Without it, recurring problems risked catastrophic failures. Boeing should not have built airplanes without corrective actions. Boeing should not have built airplanes without itself being AS9100 or now IA9100 January 2026.

--------REUTERS QUESTIONS ANSWERED--------

Reuters Q1
: How does this relate to problems with counterfeit parts in the supply chain?

A1: Certified suppliers alone don't stop counterfeit or substandard parts. Boeing's uncertified OEM -Original Equipment Manufacturers system allowed these materials to enter aircraft unchecked.

Reuters Q2: If suppliers are certified, why does it matter if Boeing is not?

A2: OEM certification is the final quality gate. Without Boeing enforcing inspections and integration controls, even certified parts can end up on unsafe aircraft.

Reuters Q3: Was there a real effect on safety, not just theoretical?

A3: Yes. Lack of AS9100 at Boeing meant design, audit, and corrective controls were missing, putting thousands of aircraft-and crews and passengers-at risk.

QA Expert Daryl Guberman's Analysis:

Starting April-July 2002, Boeing abandoned on-site audits of suppliers, shifting from "trust but verify" to "trust, no verification." This broke the quality chain: clauses in AS9100-design controls, supplier oversight, corrective actions, internal audits-were effectively ignored. Even if suppliers produced certified parts, without Boeing verifying compliance, unsafe or substandard components were probably installed in aircraft. This systemic failure means Boeing should not have produced planes without enforcing AS9100, and the risks affect every aircraft from 2002 to the present.

Each clause represents a legal, safety, and quality cornerstone for certified aerospace production. Boeing ignored them all, producing approximately 19,000 commercial and military aircraft uncertified-flying over the skies, endangering passengers, crews, and the public. Even if Boeing is willing and prepared to get certified in 2026 What is going to done on the almost 19,000 planes flying NOW...... !

Stop In Your Tracks-The Truth Is Here.

Daryl Guberman's archive demands accountability: halt flights, audit everything, prosecute deceptions. No more hiding. The skies demand it now.

The DARYL GUBERMAN March

(A Salute to the Quality Crusader)
From Washington's committee holes, so deep and grand,
Marched Daryl Guberman with proof in hand!
Not one journalist, not media around,
Not government committees-just clowns in the crowd!

Investors, insurers, logistics to boot,
The flying public, FAA too-when Guberman stood up, they'd scoot!
They never found a thing, oh what a disgrace,
Swallowed Boeing lies, sanitized by legal embrace!
Attorneys scrubbed the truth, hid costs and lives lost,
While planes flew uncertified at terrible cost!

To West Coast shores where the big planes are built,
Everett, Renton, Auburn, Northfield-he spilt
The beans on Boeing's senior lies, oh what a sight!
Colludin' with ANAB, that board-controlling blight.

For ten long years they sat, granting, suspending, withdrawing certs,
While dodging their own-what a scheme full of squirts!
But Guberman marched, with his facts all aglow,
Proving the fraud from the FAA's shadow!

"No more!" cried Daryl, "you foxes in the henhouse,
The truth's out, the jig's up-let the audits begin!"
