PASADENA, Calif. - Washingtoner -- This week, JNN Group, Inc. a data governance, risk management, compliance, and analytics consulting firm based out of Pasadena, California, excitedly announced that their highly anticipated auditing app will go live September 10th, 2020 in the Apple App Store and Google Play Store.

As a team comprising of certified auditors who provide remote auditing services, including audits and attestation to data security and privacy regulation compliance, the JNN Group wanted to create a technological tool that makes audits much smoother for their clients.

"The auditing process is one that can be stressful for a lot of clients, especially in a COVID-19 world where it can feel like we are farther apart than ever before," said Jacques Nack, CEO of the JNN Group. "That's why we wanted to create a technological tool that helps us develop stronger connections with clients while safeguarding visibility at all levels of audit engagement, from analyst to the C-suite."

Clients and app users can look forward to a streamlined user experience that includes:

●          Secure Messaging - The JNN Group Client Connect app enables users to have persistent, continuous messaging threads with their auditor and audit team. The app's secure messaging service allows for one-to-one or group conversations so that necessary team members are kept up-to-date with the latest information.

●          Document Collaboration - You, your team, and your JNN Group auditor now have the ability to share and organize all relevant policies and procedures files within your messaging threads. Within those files, you are able to make annotations and comments within the documents so that everyone is on the same page. If needed, you and your team can even record voice memos, videos, and annotations on top of documents so that your auditor gets all the necessary information and context.

●          Virtual Meetings - When you need some face time with your auditor, the JNN Group Client Connect app can do that too. The app enables users to use VoIP, video, and screen-sharing capabilities to have a virtual meeting with up to 50 participants. The app also allows for real-time file sharing and annotations for those times when close collaboration is necessary.

●          Group Task Management - The JNN Group Client Connect app makes it easy to assign and monitor tasks within your messaging threads. With the ability to set reminders, add descriptions, and attach documents, you can make sure that everyone stays on track throughout the audit process.

●          Digital Signatures - App users can also prepare documents for signatures by dragging and dropping signature fields into documents within the app. It also allows multi-step signature workflows with multiple signatories.

●          Secure Virtual Inspections – Auditor and Security Analysts can perform system walkthroughs and site inspections remotely during a secure, authenticated video call, giving all parties peace of mind.

JNN Connect is more than a simple convenience; it's like having "AWE-ditor" – an awesome auditor right in your pocket. This app is an innovative concept that harnesses the latest technology, allowing clients to securely and efficiently reach out to our team in real time.
