This brings his total debt converted to date to $1,010,000.

Mr. DeMaio, who owns more than 98% of all outstanding shares of Phinge Corporation, believes in the company and its patented technologies including its Netverse app-less platform and patented innovative hardware more than ever and his continued debt conversions signify that belief.

These developments are beneficial to Phinge Corporation and its shareholders, as it prepares for an IPO and the launch of its verified, Netverse AI, patented platform and modular hardware in 2026.
