The body of 62-year-old Felicia Vivian Williams Butler was discovered in her converted van in the parking lots of a Hampton Roads Walmart.

NEWPORT NEWS, Va. & HOUSTON - Washingtoner -- Ms. Williams Butler was an heir to the estate of the Taylor Stevenson Ranch in Houston, Texas. Despite her prestigious affiliation, sources say Ms. Williams Butler had in recent years embraced the "van life" lifestyle and embarked on a journey to live minimally and travel across America in her self-converted van.

In a video vlog published to her daughter's YouTube channel "I Am Daisi Jo", Daisi (former Miss Jamaica), documented the heartbreaking end to her mother's van life in her video titled, "My Mom Tried Van Life and Didn't Survive".

Her video depicts the dark side of van life as she fights off an opportunist who attempted to claim Power of Attorney over Ms. Williams Butler and falsify a Will making her the sole heir after Ms. Williams Butler fell ill while living in her van. According to sources, the person in question is a Virginia Beach resident and former Verizon employee. (13newsnow.com, 2016).

Felicia Vivian Williams Butler was a Newport News resident of over 20 years. She leaves behind 3 children, Juel M. D. Pollard, Dana Williams, and Bobby Butler, and six grandchildren. The children plan to continue to be vocal about the risks of POA abuse and inheritance fraud and to set up a charity in honor of their mother.

About the Taylor-Stevenson Ranch: The Taylor-Stevenson Ranch is a historic, 640-acre working ranch situated near Reliant Stadium on Almeda Road in Houston, Texas. This ranch has been recognized in the Congressional Record as a "Texas Century Ranch," denoting that it has remained under the ownership of the same family for over a century.

In 1921, an oil well was drilled on the ranch's property by Hugh Roy Cullen. This well was part of what became known as the Pierce Junction oil field. The drilling of the Pierce Junction field led to the development of an innovative new drill bit by famed industrialist Howard Hughes' company, the Hughes Tool Company, designed to more effectively penetrate rock formations.
