Nora, Lunio's AI Sleep Consultant Nora Live: Voice Consultation Tonight Five Nights of Chat After the Session The Lunio Pack: Seven-Night Sleep Reset Guided Support Throughout the Reset HelloLunio.com
Lunio launches Nora Live, an AI-enabled sleep consultation available the same night, as parents face weeks-long waits for traditional sleep support and mounting research shows the toll of infant sleep loss extends far beyond tiredness.

NEW YORK - Washingtoner -- For most parents of infants and toddlers, getting access to a sleep consultant means waiting. Three weeks for an initial appointment in many cases, at $175 to $450 for the session.

Lunio has launched Nora Live to close that gap.

Nora is an AI-enabled sleep consultant that conducts a real 25-minute voice consultation, identifies the specific mechanism behind the child's sleep disruption, and delivers a personalised five-night plan before the call ends. Then she stays. For five nights after the consultation, Nora remains available by chat so parents are not alone when it gets hard. No waiting list. No appointment. Available tonight at $89.

"The sleep science is well established," said Boris, Lunio's founder. "Most parents receive generic advice not designed for their specific child. We built Nora to close that gap at a price that makes it accessible to everyone."

THE PROBLEM

A six-year study tracking 4,500 parents found that sleep did not return to pre-pregnancy levels for six years after a first child. Mothers lost an average of 62 minutes per night in the first three months.

In a survey of the first 100 parents to contact Lunio, 83% said their child was not sleeping. But 54% also reported feeling anxious or overwhelmed. 29% said it was affecting their relationship. 23% said they felt like they were not coping.

These are not separate problems. They are the same problem at different layers.

WHAT MAKES NORA DIFFERENT

Most sleep tools track patterns or teach a general method. Neither addresses the specific mechanism behind a specific child's disruption.

Nora identifies whether the issue is a sleep association, a schedule problem, or a developmental regression, then builds a plan around that specific child. She also prepares parents for Night 3, the hardest night of any sleep reset, when most parents give up at exactly the wrong moment.

Nora Live is available in English, Spanish, French, German, Italian, Dutch, Swedish, Norwegian, and Danish. The Lunio Pack, a personalised seven-night reset plan, is available at $45.

Both products are at hellolunio.com with no waiting list and no appointment required.
