Continuous You Foundation Opens Applications For A 100-year Artist Grant

POINT ROBERTS, Wash. - Washingtoner -- The Continuous You Foundation has opened applications for the One Table Grant, a century-long preservation initiative offering one fully funded continuation to one outstanding artist from each of ten countries.

This is not a residency. Not an award. A continuation.

Using cryptographically verified memory and an ethical successor protocol, the Foundation preserves an artist's voice, values, and creative vision so that in 2126, when ten preserved artists receive a single shared creative brief, they are still present to answer it.

Nine of ten seats remain open. The ten countries and their value pairs: USA (Innovation / Risk) · Brazil (Joy / Rhythm) · Japan (Precision / Impermanence) · Nigeria (Community / Storytelling) · Germany (Structure / Transformation) · India (Spirituality / Diversity) · Mexico (Memory / Celebration) · South Korea (Technology / Tradition) · Egypt (History / Continuity) · Iceland (Solitude / Nature).

The USA seat is held by Craig Ellenwood, Foundation founder. A musician, creative technologist, and independent AI researcher, Ellenwood has spent three decades building at the intersection of technology, identity, and art. He founded the music element of Burning Man in 1992. He records under the alias Squaawke.

The ten artists are encouraged to connect, collaborate, and form friendships during their lifetimes. All of it becomes training data. All of it travels forward.

The Foundation's accompanying album — Continuous You by Squaawke, recorded in collaboration with AI — is available now on 12" vinyl and streaming.

Applications are open. One seat per country. The Foundation is looking for the most important artist working in each country's tradition who is also willing to look 100 years forward.
