~ According to a press release from the Spokane Police Department, 32-year-old Joshua Champion has been reported missing by his family. The last time anyone had direct contact with him was in July of 2025, and his friends last saw him in April of 2026. This extended period of time without any communication is highly unusual for Joshua.
The police have also noted that Joshua's vehicle, a white 2010 Ford Explorer with Washington license plate BDM8326, has not been seen since the same time frame. Most of his belongings were left behind at his apartment, from which he was evicted earlier this year. Additionally, his phone is currently disconnected.

Authorities believe that Joshua may have been camping in the Colville, WA and north Idaho forests, but they do not have a specific location for him. He is described as being 5'11" tall and approximately 215 pounds with brown hair and green eyes. He also has a gear tattoo on one of his calves and a small robin tattoo in an unknown location.
Anyone with information on Joshua Champion's whereabouts or his vehicle is urged to contact Detective Erdman at cerdman@spokanepolice.org or Crime Check at 509-456-2233. The reference number for this case is 2026-20102382.
The press release also included photos of Joshua and his car for identification purposes. The police are asking for the public's help in locating Joshua and bringing him home safely to his family.
