INDIO, Calif. - Washingtoner -- Valgar LLC today announced the launch of The Briefing Room: A Thought Partner for Education Leaders, a free decision-support platform built for education leaders. The app is available now on the Apple App Store and on the web at briefingroom.io.

Superintendents, principals, and district leaders routinely face high-stakes decisions with no neutral thought partner in the room. Lawyers advise on what leaders cannot do. Communications staff manage the message. Cabinet members are loyal but not the decision maker.

"When a crisis hits, when a board member goes rogue, when a community erupts over a curriculum decision, you are largely alone," said Luis R. Valentino, Ed.D., Founder and CEO of Valgar LLC, who spent 35 years in education, including superintendent roles in California, New Mexico, and Oregon. "I built The Briefing Room because it did not exist, but now it does."

A leader enters a high-stakes situation and the platform generates five simultaneous analyses: who is affected and what they need to hear, political risks not visible from inside the situation, draft communications tailored to each stakeholder, the hardest questions each audience will ask, and a stress-test of the plan's assumptions and consequences.

The platform also grows with its users, surfacing a Leadership Journal after five briefings, a Leadership Fingerprint after ten, and a full Leadership Intelligence report after twenty. "The app learns who you are from what you actually do," Dr. Valentino said, "not from what you say about yourself in a profile."

Valgar LLC reaches more than 43,600 education leaders. The Briefing Room launches directly into that audience. There are approximately 13,000 sitting superintendents in the United States, with a broader addressable market of more than one million institutional leaders.

One beta tester called the experience "awesome," adding: "It asks what steps you will take next, and helps me think through my decisions before making them."

The Briefing Room is available now on the Apple App Store at apps.apple.com/us/app/the-briefing-room-education/id6785139254 and on the web at http://briefingroom.io.
The app is free to download and use.
