The Food 2.0 Conference is an international event that aspires to help F&B professionals network with the visionaries and learn about industry trends and developments from the best minds.

BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - Washingtoner -- BIRMINGHAM, Ala. - The Food 2.0 Conference — a unique three-day event that spotlights the latest innovations in food and beverages and unites industry-leading experts — recently announced the launch of its Dubai and Las Vegas editions that will take place in 2022. Bringing food & beverage manufacturers, vintners, food safety experts, restaurant owners, chefs, FoodTech innovators, agriculturalists, and investors under one roof, it hopes to initiate meaningful dialogue and bring ideas, research, and groundbreaking products to the mainstream F&B marketplace.

The upcoming events are scheduled to take place on Feb 14-16, 2022 in Dubai, UAE, while the Las Vegas, USA chapter will be held on March 15-17, 2022.

Over the course of three days, the Food 2.0 Conference will touch upon multiple subjects, from processing & supply chain bottlenecks, new safety regulations, the plant-based meat substitutes market, new trends in winemaking, to beverage innovation, to name a few. The conference will have reputed speakers who will share their research and steer the conversations forward through keynotes, panel discussions, Q&A sessions, and fireside chats.
