WILMINGTON, Del. - Washingtoner -- VisionWave Building a Next-Generation Autonomous Defense Technology Platform

VisionWave Holdings, Inc. (N A S D A Q: VWAV)
is emerging as a rapidly advancing dual-market autonomous systems platform developer focused on artificial intelligence-driven sensing, RF-based detection technologies, computational acceleration, and autonomous systems designed for deployment across air, land, and sea.

The company's mission is to bridge defense innovation with civilian progress by leveraging shared core technologies that serve defense modernization, homeland security, infrastructure monitoring, and commercial security applications worldwide.

Through strategic acquisitions, global partnerships, and proprietary technology development, VisionWave is building a vertically integrated technology platform combining sensing systems, artificial intelligence infrastructure, computational acceleration and autonomous vehicles into unified solutions designed to address rapidly evolving global security and infrastructure challenges.

VisionWave Advances Acquisition of Israeli Aerospace and Defense Manufacturing Platform

$VWAV
recently announced a significant milestone in its previously disclosed plan to acquire a 51% controlling interest in C.M. Composite Materials Ltd., an Israeli aerospace and defense manufacturing company.

The company confirmed it has reached an agreement with the largest creditor of C.M. Composite Materials, aligning key stakeholders and strengthening the path toward completion of the strategic acquisition.

The agreement clarifies the framework under which C.M. will continue to meet its settlement obligations while enabling VisionWave to move forward with the transaction. According to the company, this alignment removes a potential structural obstacle that could otherwise have delayed or prevented completion of the acquisition.

As part of the agreement, VisionWave has committed to providing at least $5 million in funding to support C.M.'s working capital and strategic expansion initiatives.

Headquartered in Modi'in, Israel, C.M. Composite Materials operates a fully integrated engineering and production campus employing more than 130 engineers and manufacturing specialists. The company has over two decades of experience producing aerospace-grade composite structures and components used in advanced defense and aerospace systems.

The acquisition is expected to provide VisionWave with advanced manufacturing capabilities critical to scaling its autonomous platforms and defense technologies.

Strategic Transaction Activates RF Sensing Layer Through SaverOne Partnership

VisionWave also recently completed Phase One of its strategic transaction with SaverOne 2014 Ltd., establishing an initial ownership position of approximately 19.99% in SaverOne.
