International Builder Show in Flordia American Properties Realty
ISELIN, N.J. - Washingtoner -- American Properties Realty, Inc. is proud to announce that company leaders recently attended the NAHB International Builders' Show hosted by the National Association of Home Builders in Florida. The premier industry event brought together thousands of homebuilding professionals from across the country including our very own Senior Vice President of Sales and Marketing (Paul Csik), Senior Sales Manager (Kelly Flanagan), and Director of Construction (Joe Cernero), to explore the latest trends, technologies, and strategies shaping the future of residential construction.

Held over several days, the International Builders' Show featured an expansive exhibit floor filled with innovative vendors, product demonstrations, and cutting-edge building solutions. Csik and Flanagan had the opportunity to meet with leading manufacturers and service providers showcasing advancements in home design, construction materials, smart home technology, energy efficiency, and interior finishes.

In addition to the exhibition hall, the event hosted an extensive lineup of over 130 educational sessions and keynote presentations from respected leaders in the homebuilding industry. Topics ranged from emerging consumer preferences and market trends to marketing innovation, sales strategies, and construction best practices. Attendees gained valuable insights into how builders can continue to meet evolving homebuyer expectations while maintaining quality and efficiency.
