~ The Spokane Police Department is asking for the public's help in locating 15-year-old Bradley, who left a care facility located in the 2900 block of W Elliott Dr in Northwest Spokane just after 10AM. Bradley is approximately 5'8", 160lbs, and was last seen wearing a black sweatshirt and black pants. His hair is currently darker and shorter than in the photo provided.
