18,000 Racers, Endless Cheers: Sip Social Co. and FP Movement Deliver Refreshment and Celebration at Iconic Athletic Event

MIAMI - Washingtoner -- The Life Time Miami Marathon and Half served up more than just athletic triumphs this year, thanks to a dynamic collaboration between Sip Social Co. and FP Movement. The mobile beverage leader rolled onto the scene with their signature Piaggio Ape truck, delighting 18,000 registered participants from 75 countries and 48 states with refreshing post-race drinks at the FP Movement Cheer Zone and Finish Festival.

Christian Gonsalves, a Sip Social Co. licensee, described the event's electric atmosphere. "Over the course of the day, we served countless runners, walkers, and their supporters," he said. "Events like the Miami Marathon are so rewarding to be part of—the energy is contagious, and people genuinely appreciate a cool drink after such an incredible effort."

As participants crossed the finish line, Sip Social Co. offered four crowd-pleasing beverage options: cold brew coffee and three flavors of Kombucha (classic, blueberry acai, and peach mango)—a refreshing lineup designed to recharge and reward athletes after their race.

This marks the second year that FP Movement, Free People's activewear brand, infused the marathon with high-energy cheer and branded experiences at the Finish Festival. Their Cheer Zone served as a spirited gathering point for supporters and athletes alike.

Sip Social Co. has built a reputation for transforming beverage service at events of all sizes, from weddings to large-scale festivals. Serving 68 cities across North America, including new locations in Austin, Los Angeles and Cleveland, the company is redefining how large-scale events are serviced. Their success at activations like the Miami Marathon is driven by several key advantages:
  • Mobility: Compact and versatile, the trucks can easily navigate crowded venues and tight spaces.
  • Service Efficiency: With seven taps and flash chillers, Sip Social Co. provides quick access to ice-cold drinks.
  • Variety: From craft brews and wines to sparkling beverages and custom mocktails, the menu options are extensive.
  • Customization: Tailored branding and decor create a cohesive event experience.
"We see opportunities at events like the Miami Marathon as a natural expansion for our brand," explains Kendall Pupp, Operations Director at Sip Social Co. "These large-scale celebrations are a perfect fit for what we do—bringing people together over a shared experience and great beverages."
