XI'AN, China - Washingtoner -- Recently, the LIB team completed the installation and commissioning of two large MIL-STD-810H environmental test chambers in a laboratory in Canada, marking a significant breakthrough in its capability to deliver high-end, large testing solutions globally.

These two MIL-STD-810H chambers -Walk-in Salt Cyclic & SO2 Corrosion Test Chamber and MlL-STD-810 Sand and Dust Test Chamber. The walk-in test chamber and dust test chamber are certified under Canada's CSA standards, providing robust verification for oversized, heavy-duty industrial components, adhering to ASTM B117, MIL-STD-810H, and other 5 international test standards.

Tailored Design for Heavy-Duty Testing
To meet the demands of "behemoth" components, LIB engineers these chambers with specialized features:
MlL-STD-810 Sand and Dust Test Chamber:
  • 5m³ internal workroom space can accommodate 2.5m³ test material
  • The 360° rotating platform carries 500kg of heavy components
Walk-in Salt Cyclic & SO2 Corrosion Test Chamber:
  • 12m³ workroom equipped with military-grade SO₂ control system
  • 2000kg load-bearing platform for 1.83m³ large components
  • Meet the long-term testing of heavy parts in the salt spray and SO₂ composite corrosion environment.

MlL-STD-810 Sand and Dust Test Chamber
  • Equipped with negative pressure difference control (0 ~ 2kPa) to prevent dust leakage.
