TORONTO & MONTREAL - Washingtoner -- Kelvin Emtech and Colm Engineering Ltd. are excited to announce the formation of a new strategic joint venture that will result in a combined workforce of over 65 employees across Canada, positioning this Joint Venture as a major force in the market.

Powered by a combined team of over 65 professionals, this partnership unites Kelvin Emtech's 30 years of global expertise in data center and building Mechanical, Electrical, and Plumbing (MEP) engineering with Colm Engineering's 25-year reputation for excellence in electrical and utility engineering. Bolstered by this expanded workforce, the collaboration not only broadens the range of technical services and deepens the resource pool available to both firms but also enables the execution of larger projects, accelerates timelines, and strengthens market positioning for mission-critical clients and developers across Ontario and Canada.

The new venture will offer a comprehensive suite of services covering advanced electrical systems—including utility engineering, power distribution, fire alarm systems, and telecommunications—as well as mechanical infrastructure such as cooling, ventilation, fire protection, and plumbing.
