Founder of Longevity Advice to discuss evidence-based life extension, translating longevity science for everyday people, and the growing movement to extend healthy human lifespan
BELLEVUE, Wash. - Washingtoner -- Longevity Academy is pleased to announce that J.P. Medved, co-founder of Longevity Advice, will be the featured guest in the next installment of the Longevity Leaders Project, an ongoing interview series exploring the people, ideas, organizations, and innovations shaping the future of human longevity.
Medved co-founded Longevity Advice, an educational platform dedicated to helping people understand the rapidly evolving science of extending healthy human lifespan.
Unlike longevity resources written primarily for researchers and clinicians, Longevity Advice was created to make longevity science understandable and useful to people without scientific or medical backgrounds. The platform examines topics ranging from nutrition, exercise, supplements, and biological-age measurement to emerging developments across the broader life-extension field.
A core principle behind Longevity Advice is that longevity recommendations should be grounded in rigorous, peer-reviewed scientific evidence rather than hype, pseudoscience, or unsubstantiated claims.
Medved's interest in radical life extension began as a teenager and was fueled in part by his fascination with science fiction and the possibility of dramatically longer human lives. After leaving his career in content marketing, he began investigating many of the questions surrounding longevity science that he had accumulated over the years.

That research ultimately helped inspire Longevity Advice.
Today, the platform explores practical questions confronting anyone interested in longevity: What kinds of exercise may best support a longer life? Which foods and dietary patterns have the strongest evidence behind them? How can individuals measure biological aging? Which supplements deserve serious consideration—and which claims are mostly hype? And how might new discoveries eventually change what is possible for human lifespan?
During the upcoming Longevity Leaders Project interview, Medved and Longevity Academy will explore these questions as well as the larger challenge of translating a complex and fast-moving scientific field into information ordinary people can understand and act upon.
The conversation is expected to explore:
