Josh Copeland, Motivational Speaker Josh Copeland, Leadership Coach
The speaker, coach, and former college athlete helps others redefine masculinity and mental health.

Washingtoner -- Josh Copeland is on a mission to change the conversation around mental health, masculinity, and asking for help.

In the United States alone, 1 out of 5 individuals has a mental illness, including six million men. These conditions are common, and illnesses including depression, anxiety, bipolar disorder, schizophrenia, and eating disorders frequently go undiagnosed in men, since men are more hesitant to reach out and ask for help.

Depression and suicide are two of the leading causes of male deaths worldwide, yet men are the most reluctant group to ask for help.

Josh Copeland is on a mission to change the conversation and save lives.

Josh works with leaders who struggle with inner happiness and peace.  He shares his own story of tragic loss and triumphant success to help others identify the root of their issues and to create action plans.
