While the process can be twice as fast as custom clearance at Changi Airport, it maintains the same level of hygiene and safety to prevent the spread of COVID-19 within Singapore. JetQuay's services are available to any passenger travelling on full-service carriers, on any class - arriving, departing or transiting through Terminals 1, 2, and 3.

Upon arrival, travellers utilizing the Quayside service package will be met with a Guest Relations Officer right from the gate, where they are whisked by a private vehicle to JetQuay CIP Terminal.
