InspireTech Global and SKADI Cyber Defense Announce Strategic Partnership to Deliver Autonomous Cybersecurity to Canadian Education and Public Sector

PARRY SOUND & BRACEBRIDGE, ON | February 1, 2026
— InspireTech Global, a Canadian provider of cloud-hosted educational technology and managed cloud services, and SKADI Cyber Defense, developer of autonomous ontological security AI, today announced a strategic partnership.

The collaboration makes SKADI's Frostbow platform available as a managed service to Canadian school districts, public sector agencies, critical infrastructure operators, and global enterprises through InspireTech's existing customer relationships.

Partnership Details

Frostbow uses ontological AI to autonomously form cybersecurity concepts from observed security events, rather than relying on human-authored detection rules. The system builds its own understanding of attack patterns in real time, achieving a 99.6% autonomous alert closure rate in production deployments.

The partnership extends InspireTech's managed cloud services with enterprise-grade Security Operations Center capabilities, making autonomous threat detection accessible to organizations that lack dedicated security teams.

"Traditional cybersecurity tools generate thousands of alerts that humans have to triage manually. Most organizations can't keep up, so threats get missed," said Rachel Clark, Founder and CEO of SKADI Cyber Defense. "Frostbow doesn't wait for someone to write a rule. It observes what's happening, forms its own concepts about what constitutes suspicious behavior, and closes alerts autonomously. This partnership lets us bring that capability to sectors that need it most."

Key Elements

Autonomous Threat Detection:
Ontological AI reduces false positives and identifies novel threats that bypass rule-based filters.

SOC Capabilities for Mid-Market: Enterprise-grade security operations delivered at price points accessible to SMEs and public sector organizations.

Canadian Ownership: Both companies are Canadian-owned and operated, with data residency and security protocols aligned with national standards.

Supplier Diversity: SKADI is WBE-certified (Women's Business Enterprise), supporting clients' diversity procurement goals.

"InspireTech has built its reputation on bridging technology gaps for education and public sector clients," said Kyle Boyko, CEO & Founder of InspireTech Global. "Adding Frostbow to our ecosystem means we can offer our clients managed cybersecurity that actually keeps pace with modern threats, not just another dashboard to monitor."
