Seattle, WA — CareerWork$, a national workforce development nonprofit dedicated to advancing equitable economic mobility, announced the appointment of Latoya Edmond as Executive Director, effective January 1, 2026.
Edmond brings more than 15 years of experience in workforce development, nonprofit leadership, and partnership strategy. In her leadership roles at CareerWork$, she has played a key part in expanding the organization's national footprint, strengthening employer and community partnerships, and advancing innovative career training models that connect individuals from under-resourced communities to stable, high-quality careers.
"As CareerWork$ enters its next chapter, I am honored to lead an organization with such a strong mission and proven impact," said Edmond. "I look forward to building on our momentum, deepening strategic partnerships, and continuing to deliver career pathways that create lasting economic opportunity."
