Independence Title is proud to announce that CEO Kevin Tacher and Operations Manager Stephanie Zalai have been recognized for their outstanding efforts in combating title fraud in Florida.

FT. LAUDERDALE, Fla. - Washingtoner -- Kevin Tacher, also known as The Title King, was presented with the Stewart Title Fraud Prevention Excellence Award for his dedication to protecting homeowners and real estate professionals from fraudulent transactions. Additionally, Stephanie Zalai was honored with the Watchful Eye Award for her vigilance in detecting and preventing fraudulent activities in real estate transactions.
