RADNOR, Pa., Jan. 6, 2025 ~ Hidden River Strategic Capital, a private equity firm, has recently announced its investment in Restoration Alliance, a prominent franchisee of the ServiceMaster Restore franchise system. The partnership was formed with the existing management team and Taurus Capital Partners to provide growth capital and recapitalize the business. Headquartered in Seattle-Tacoma, WA, Restoration Alliance, also known as ServiceMaster of Tacoma, offers residential and commercial disaster restoration services such as water mitigation, fire and smoke damage restoration, and contents cleaning and storage.

Restoration Alliance has been under the ownership and leadership of the Sorenson family for more than three decades. CEO Jeff Sorenson will continue in his current role while also spearheading the company's new growth initiatives. With this partnership, Restoration Alliance aims to expand from being a regional leader to a national player in the disaster restoration industry. The continuity with the existing team and collaborative approach of this transaction aligns with Hidden River's investment strategy that prioritizes working closely with founders.

It is one of the largest and most reputable disaster restoration brands globally.
