ATHENS, Greece & NEW YORK - Washingtoner -- n a breaking development, the Greek Ministry of the Interior has issued a historic Ministerial Order addressing the long-overdue needs of Greek-born adoptees, marking a significant step toward justice, recognition, and belonging for thousands affected by international adoptions.
