KINGSTON, Ontario - Washingtoner -- BoatBlurb.com is celebrating this week as it marks its first year since going online on May 12, 2020. Under the umbrella of Digital Era Media and BoatDealers.ca, BoatBlurb is an expansion of the company's digital ecosystem and provides boaters with industry leading news and information.

BoatBlurb is a companion element that provides a full-spectrum experience for news, information, tips, culture, and reviews. The website explores the latest emerging trends, covers breaking industry news, product announcements, and includes experiential and destination articles about the boating lifestyle. The site is an online hub for boaters to stay connected and encourages them to submit content for publication to help build the community.

Since launching on May 12th, 2020, the website generated over 315,000 unique visitors with a current average of 35,000 monthly unique viewers. In the last 12 months, the digital upstart has seen over 487,000 pageviews and now averages over 50,000 pageviews per month. The weekly newsletter reaches nearly 10,000 subscribers and despite being based in Ontario, Canada, readership includes a significant subscriber base in the United States, the United Kingdom, the Netherlands, the Philippines, Australia, and more.
