The Alair Decatur team wins five regional awards across the historical, landscape, bath and addition categories for the southeast region.

ATLANTA - Washingtoner -- The National Association of the Remodeling Industry (NARI) has named Alair Decatur in Atlanta, GA, 2025 Southeast Regional Remodeler of the Year (RotY™) winner in the five residential categories of Historical Renovation/Restoration (Under $250K), Landscape Design/Outdoor Living (Under $100K), Bath (Under $40K and $70 to $100K) and Addition (Under $250K) as part of its annual awards competition.

Each year, NARI presents awards to members who have demonstrated outstanding work through their remodeling projects. With hundreds of entries submitted nationwide, each project is judged with meticulous standards and criteria. This year, more than 160 Regional Winners earned this prestigious honor, collectively representing over $190 million in remodeling projects.
