Under his leadership, Adaptiva expanded existing customer relationships and extended its reach with new global customers amid digital transformation. Most recently, he served in Oracle's CX Marketing organization where he focused on business development through managed partners. Bradley is known for his diverse skill set, which has allowed him to lead through varying roles over the course of his career, including technical pre-sales, customer success management, business development, and partnering. At Adaptiva, Bradley is responsible for recruiting, enabling and driving business development as well as sales with channel partners and managed service providers (MSPs). He will work closely with Adaptiva's direct sales team to ensure partners effectively complement Adaptiva sales and provide reach into new and existing markets while lowering Adaptiva's overall cost of sales.
