REDWOOD CITY, Calif., July 24, 2025 ~ Zūm, a prominent company in the field of modern student transportation, has recently announced the appointment of Daniel Berenbaum as their new Chief Financial Officer. With this new addition to their leadership team, Zūm aims to further strengthen their financial management and drive their growth strategy as they expand nationwide.

Berenbaum brings with him over 30 years of experience in financial management. He has previously held the position of Chief Financial Officer at companies such as Bloom Energy, NI (National Instruments), and Everspin. He has also held finance leadership roles at Micron and GlobalFoundries. Berenbaum's professional journey began as an engineer in the semiconductor industry after graduating from the United States Naval Academy. He then spent a decade on Wall Street in analyst and research leadership roles.

Expressing his excitement about joining Zūm, Berenbaum stated, "I'm excited to help meet today's needs of schools and communities to modernize student transportation, and be part of the transformation of an industry that hasn't changed for 80 years."
