AUSTIN, Texas - Washingtoner -- Zilker Partners, an Austin-based technology and digital recruiting company, announced its acquisition of Growth Digital, a digital marketing firm that modernizes brands through proven digital strategies and execution. The company will operate as Zilker Partners and offer both technology and digital recruiting and in-house digital marketing services.

"As we partner with clients to fill key technology and digital marketing positions, we frequently see they are overwhelmed with how to execute the many facets of digital marketing," says Jeff Anderson, CEO at Zilker Partners.  "Many are not ready or need to hire a full marketing team or resource, so historically, we have recommended outsourcing, typically to Growth Digital. We realized we could provide this service in-house to give clients all of the digital marketing expertise they could ever need - and then recruit for them when they're ready to hire. This way, clients can move at a pace that's best for them without having to go outside of the Zilker Partners family. No other firm offers both of these services under one roof."

Combining the two companies will enable clients to source their talent and skills needs with a single company. Whether clients need to hire internal staff with top talent or want to outsource digital marketing to Zilker Partners, the company will help them determine the most efficient and cost-effective strategy to build out their teams.
