Zilker Partners Digital Marketing Services Zilker Partners
AUSTIN, Texas - Washingtoner -- Zilker Partners, an Austin-based technology and digital recruiting company, announced its acquisition of Growth Digital, a digital marketing firm that modernizes brands through proven digital strategies and execution. The company will operate as Zilker Partners and offer both technology and digital recruiting and in-house digital marketing services.

"As we partner with clients to fill key technology and digital marketing positions, we frequently see they are overwhelmed with how to execute the many facets of digital marketing," says Jeff Anderson, CEO at Zilker Partners.  "Many are not ready or need to hire a full marketing team or resource, so historically, we have recommended outsourcing, typically to Growth Digital. We realized we could provide this service in-house to give clients all of the digital marketing expertise they could ever need - and then recruit for them when they're ready to hire. This way, clients can move at a pace that's best for them without having to go outside of the Zilker Partners family. No other firm offers both of these services under one roof."

Combining the two companies will enable clients to source their talent and skills needs with a single company. Whether clients need to hire internal staff with top talent or want to outsource digital marketing to Zilker Partners, the company will help them determine the most efficient and cost-effective strategy to build out their teams.

"For more than a decade, Growth Digital has been helping clients of all sizes and maturity levels leverage digital marketing to drive growth and build their brands," says Nate Pruitt, former principal at Growth Digital and now Head of Digital Growth at Zilker Partners. "Many are unsure of when or if they should hire the same skills or continue to outsource. With Zilker Partners, we can now help them staff those key positions with top talent when they are ready or continue to manage their digital marketing for them. Either way, we can give them the confidence they are developing their organizations the right way."

The expanded Zilker Partners is the first of its kind. Never before have organizations been able to partner with a single company to fill digital marketing resource gaps through recruitment or its own internal talent. With marketing being the most essential element to drive growth and build a brand, the merging of teams enables Zilker Partners to offer enhanced services to its client base.

The recruiting division of Zilker Partners will continue to provide direct-hire recruiting, contract staffing, contract-to-hire, and near-shore resources for technology and digital marketing positions. The digital marketing service division will offer a la carte and/or temporary digital marketing services, as well as comprehensive, ongoing digital marketing services. The consolidated firm will operate out of Austin, Denver, and Costa Rica.
