Paylode will power a curated perks marketplace and action-based Boost campaigns to drive renewals, increase self-serve adoption, and elevate customer loyalty.

MIAMI - Washingtoner -- Paylode, a customer perks and rewards platform (now part of Moved), today announced it has begun working with Kanguro Insurance, the first bilingual Insurtech for pet and renters protection, to launch a new perks experience and targeted Boost campaigns for Kanguro customers across pet and renters insurance.

Through the partnership, Kanguro Insurance will introduce a branded perks experience featuring a curated selection of everyday offers, alongside Paylode Boost campaigns that deliver rewards such as gift cards and perks when customers complete high-value actions. Kanguro Insurance's initial rollout will focus on renewal engagement for pet insurance customers, with additional lifecycle touchpoints and renters insurance initiatives planned for subsequent phases.

"Our goal is to help Kanguro Insurance turn key moments in the customer lifecycle into measurable engagement without adding friction," said Zach Holmes, VP of Commercial at Paylode. "Whether it's rewarding loyalty around renewal or driving more self-serve completions, Paylode makes it simple to launch and optimize programs that customers actually want to use."

  2. A Boost campaign designed to support renewal engagement, with flexible timing and reward logic
  3. A phased approach to expand Boost into additional moments across the customer lifecycle, such as referrals, milestones, and other engagement touchpoints

"We're excited to work with Paylode to bring more value to our customers in a way that feels timely, relevant, and easy to activate," said Andrés Mishaan, CEO & Co-Founder at Kanguro Insurance. "This partnership gives us a faster path to launching rewards-based engagement while staying focused on the experiences our customers care about most."

Paylode will work closely with Kanguro's product, operations, marketing, and engineering teams to support rollout, ongoing optimization, and performance tracking.
