WOODINVILLE, Wash., June 13, 2025 ~ Woodinville's highly anticipated Harvest community is quickly becoming a reality, with six closings at River Run in the last two weeks and three more scheduled for this month. The community, which boasts a mix of residential options and the luxurious Somm. Hotel, is set to open in August.

Located around the Yard, a bustling hub with over 95,000 square feet of retail space and parking for 650 vehicles, Harvest is poised to become a sought-after destination for both locals and visitors. The Somm. Hotel, connected to the Yard via a second-level bridge, will make its debut by hosting the annual Auction of Washington Wines gala event on August 16th. This event will feature wines from twenty renowned winemakers and a five-course dinner prepared by top local chefs at winemaker-hosted tables. The hotel, part of Marriott's Autograph Collection and boasting 164 sleek guest rooms and suites, will also feature a luxury spa, fitness facility, and a rooftop bar with stunning views of Mt. Rainier and the Sammamish Valley. With 10,000 square feet of event space available for banquets, weddings, corporate retreats, and other special occasions, The Somm. is sure to be a coveted venue.

While the finishing touches are being put in place at the Yard, residents have already begun moving into Harvest's River Run community. Situated along the scenic Sammamish River Trail with breathtaking views of Mt. Rainier and Chateau St. Michel, these townhomes range from 1,967 to 2,975 square feet and feature expansive outdoor living spaces and rooftop decks. Six homes have been sold in the past two weeks alone with more closings on the horizon. The entire River Run development is expected to be completed by the end of June.

Next door to River Run is Vineyard Creek, an exclusive community of 45 luxury homes that has also begun welcoming its first residents. These 3- and 4-bedroom homes, ranging from 2,000 to 2,600 square feet and priced between $1.7M to $2.2M, offer a luxurious and tranquil living experience. Construction on Vineyard Creek began in January 2024 and is set to be completed by July 2025.

For those looking to rent rather than buy, Alexan Woodinville offers the perfect solution. This community of 230 luxury residences includes a mix of one- and two-bedroom apartments with dens, each featuring private patio views. Residents can also enjoy amenities such as a cutting-edge athletic club with yoga and spin classes, a co-working lounge with stunning views, a sky lounge with vineyard views, fire pits, a poker room, and a rooftop deck with hibachi grills. Even pets are pampered at Alexan Woodinville with their own private pet spa. Completion of this community is expected in early 2026.

Harvest has long been touted as Woodinville's new epicenter, offering a unique blend of wineries, restaurants, retail spaces, offices, and public areas that come together to create a special sense of place. "Harvest residents will have it all," says Sonya Johnston, broker for Harvest Agency's River Run community. "They can start their day by walking or biking on the Sammamish River Trail and end it with dinner at the Yard followed by drinks on The Somm.'s rooftop deck. It truly is a rare opportunity to have everything at your fingertips." With real estate closings underway and staggered openings throughout the project, Harvest is now becoming a reality for those who have long awaited its arrival.
