~ The Spokane Police Department is seeking help locating Billy Willey, a 94-year-old man last seen around noon Oct. 19 near 10008 N. Klamath Court, according to a department release.
Willey is described as 5 feet 8 inches tall, about 200 pounds, with salt-and-pepper hair. Police said he likely left in a red 2001 GMC Jimmy with Washington plate DP04621. He left multiple items behind and has medical issues requiring medication, the department said.
