Waterfront Aerie is a penthouse renovation above the Seattle waterfront, designed by Studio AM, which handled both architecture and interiors. The entry was reconfigured for intuitive flow, leading into an interior that captures sweeping views and clearly defines public and private spaces. A serene primary suite, office, and full guest suite support refined living, while upgraded systems, refreshed openings, reimagined decks, and new finishes enhance performance. An elegant palette of paneling, soft woods, marble, subtle metals, and layered textiles completes the modern sanctuary.
