CLEVELAND - Washingtoner -- GearWorks Capital, LLC, a lower-middle-market M&A advisory firm, announced today the confidential sale listing of a U.S.-based, patent-protected foodservice products manufacturer posting 41% owner-earnings margins and accelerating growth.
The business designs and sells a branded line of products that are targeted to high-volume foodservice operators — a category with sticky, recurring demand from national accounts. FY2025 revenue reached approximately $609,000, up 33% year-over-year, on the back of two-year revenue growth of 79% (FY2023–FY2025). Seller's discretionary earnings (SDE) hit $250,000 in FY2025 — a 41% margin — up from 29% just two years earlier. Early 2026 momentum has continued and large opportunities continue to be abundant.
The business is asset-light and debt-free, with ~100% outsourced, U.S. manufacturing and direct-to-customer fulfillment — meaning a buyer inherits no facilities, no inventory risk, and no liabilities. A newly signed multi-unit rollout with a national restaurant franchise is layering fresh recurring order volume onto an already-growing base.

"This is the kind of asset financial buyers look for and rarely find at this size — expanding margins, patent protection, and a growth trajectory that's actually accelerating into 2026," said Jim Myers, Founder & Managing Director of GearWorks Capital.
The company is being offered as an asset sale, 100% cash at close, with the owner available for a transition period of up to 12 months. All issued U.S. utility and design patents and trademarks transfer to the buyer at close. Guide value is $1.6 million, inclusive of the patent portfolio.
Qualified, pre-screened buyers may request details after executing a non-disclosure agreement. Learn more about this opportunity at GearWorks Capital.
