Diagnosed with depression when he was 12 and schizophrenia when he was 17, Craig realized he needed to conquer his demons after overdosing on his meds, only to wake up to hear the suffering of others in hospital beds nearby who didn't have another chance at life. While he made the decision right then and there to commit to leading a purposeful life, the path was unwieldy and often perilous.

Conquer Your Inner Demons – The Ultimate Guide to Better Mental Health is a two-part book. The first part tells Craig's relatable struggle with mental health illnesses while the latter part is a self-help guide that offers practical guidance that proved effective for the author over the years.

"My passion is to help other people who have mental health problems." Said Craig. "I want them to know that it truly is possible to live a full and exciting life while managing the lows that are unfortunately part and parcel of living with a mental health illness."
