Jamar Haywood, Managing Director K2 Integrity
NEW YORK - Washingtoner -- K2 Integrity, the leading global risk and financial crimes advisory firm, has hired Jamar Haywood as Managing Director in the firm's Cyber and AI Resilience practice. With more than two decades of experience in complex investigations, digital forensics, data strategy, and cybersecurity advisory, Haywood will help clients anticipate and manage emerging digital threats, integrating cyber resilience into their broader risk management strategies.

Haywood has served as a trusted data advisor for some of the most significant financial regulatory investigations in history, both in the United States and internationally. "With extensive experience in cybersecurity, eDiscovery, and data advisory, Jamar is the perfect addition to our expanded Cyber and AI Resilience team, assisting our clients with cyber risk, threat detection, AI governance, and incident response," said Bob Brenner, Global Co-Managing Partner and Global Head of Investigations and Disputes.

Before joining K2 Integrity, Haywood was a Senior Managing Director at Ankura Consulting Group, where he was a leader in the Managed Detection and Response (MDR) cybersecurity monitoring business. He co-founded Ankura's Brooklyn Cyber Center and played a pivotal role in advising clients in shaping cybersecurity, eDiscovery, and data strategy practices, helping clients make informed decisions and drive measurable improvements.

"In today's threat environment, organizations need more than just cyber defenses — they need a strategic partner who understands the intersection of data, regulation, and risk," said Haywood. "I'm excited to join K2 Integrity's exceptional team and expand the firm's ability to help clients manage digital risks, integrate data-driven insights into their decision-making, and build resilience across their most critical operations."

Earlier in his career, Haywood co-founded and served as managing director of both Q3 Resources and Pragmatic Digital Solutions, companies focused on data strategy consulting and advisory. He previously held key positions at Navigant Consulting, Sullivan & Cromwell, Willkie Farr & Gallagher, and Skadden Arps.
