"It's Pixel Season!" Annual Celebration Returns to Los Angeles on October 15, 2026

LOS ANGELES - Washingtoner -- Hollywood In Pixels – Returning to Los Angeles on October 15, 2026, The 9th Silver PIXel Awards, the entertainment industry's only awards program dedicated exclusively to celebrating excellence in digital marketing, will recognize three exceptional leaders whose careers have helped shape the evolution of digital in entertainment, while also honoring the year's most innovative campaigns across theatrical, streaming, independent film, and creator collaboration.

The 2026 Silver Pixel honorees are:
  • Silver Pixel Honoree: Briana McElroy, Executive Vice President, Head of Worldwide Digital Marketing, Lionsgate Films
  • Visionary Pixel Honoree: Ira Rubenstein, Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, PBS
  • Rising Pixel Honoree: Lydia Jambazian, Senior Manager, Social Marketing, Amazon MGM Studios

"Every year, the Silver Pixel Awards recognize the people who continue to redefine how audiences discover, experience, and connect with entertainment," said Bettina Sherick, Founder and President of Hollywood In Pixels. "This year's honorees represent three generations of digital leadership, each leaving an indelible mark on our industry through innovation, creativity, and a passion for connecting fans with great storytelling. We are thrilled to celebrate them and the incredible community that continues to push entertainment marketing forward."

Silver Pixel Honoree
Briana McElroy
Executive Vice President, Head of Worldwide Digital Marketing, Lionsgate Films


Briana McElroy is an award-winning digital marketing executive whose creative leadership has helped shape some of the entertainment industry's most successful global campaigns. As Executive Vice President, Head of Worldwide Digital Marketing at Lionsgate Films, she oversees worldwide digital strategy for the studio's motion picture slate, including titles such as Michael, The Hunger Games, John Wick, and The Housemaid, as well as upcoming releases including The Hunger Games: Sunrise on the Reaping and The Resurrection of the Christ.

Prior to joining Lionsgate, McElroy was a leader within Twitter's Media & Entertainment team, driving global partnerships with Warner Bros. Discovery and The Walt Disney Company. Earlier, as Digital Marketing Director for Warner Bros. Pictures, she led campaigns for Wonder Woman, Kong: Skull Island, Fantastic Beasts and Where to Find Them, Annabelle: Creation, Ocean's 8, A Star Is Born, and Pokémon Detective Pikachu. Throughout her career, McElroy has consistently demonstrated how bold creative thinking and audience-first storytelling can elevate both iconic franchises and original films.

Ira Rubenstein
Chief Digital and Marketing Officer, PBS


Ira Rubenstein has been one of the industry's most influential architects of digital entertainment strategy, helping shape how studios, networks, and audiences embraced the digital revolution. Today, as Chief Digital and Marketing Officer at PBS, he leads the organization's digital consumer experiences and marketing strategy, overseeing the continued evolution of PBS' digital platforms, products, and audience engagement.

Throughout a career spanning more than two decades, Rubenstein has held executive leadership roles at PBS, 20th Century Fox, Marvel Entertainment, Sony, and MeeMee Media. At 20th Century Fox, he established the studio's Digital Marketing organization and led groundbreaking campaigns for films including Prometheus, Chronicle, Rise of the Planet of the Apes, and X-Men: First Class. At Marvel, he spearheaded global digital initiatives across websites, digital comics, games, and video distribution, including the award-winning Marvel Digital Comics iPad app. Earlier at Sony, he helped pioneer digital content strategy, online distribution, and entertainment marketing at a time when the industry was redefining how audiences engaged with film and television.

A member of the Academy of Motion Picture Arts and Sciences, the Television Academy, and the Producers Guild of America, Rubenstein has remained a champion of innovation and mentorship throughout his career. He was also the first member of the Hollywood In Pixels Board of Directors, a role he continues to hold today.

Lydia Jambazian
Senior Manager, Social Marketing, Amazon MGM Studios


Lydia Jambazian represents the next generation of entertainment marketers, creating social-first campaigns that build passionate fan communities and drive cultural conversation. As Senior Manager, Social Marketing at Amazon MGM Studios, she leads campaigns across theatrical releases, streaming films, and series, blending creativity, authenticity, and audience insight to engage fans around the world.

Her work includes award-winning campaigns for Saltburn, The Summer I Turned Pretty, Project Hail Mary, Daisy Jones & The Six, and Another Simple Favor. Lydia also leads social strategy for Prime Video's YA and women's initiatives, including the breakout Obsession Is In Session campaign, Prime Book Club, and Obsessed Fest, supporting titles including Off Campus, Elle, and The Love Hypothesis. Prior to Amazon MGM Studios, she managed social campaigns for Disney's theatrical and Disney+ releases across Marvel, Star Wars, and Disney live-action franchises.

Known for her ability to create authentic connections between audiences and entertainment brands, Lydia believes the most successful campaigns invite fans into the conversation and celebrate the communities that make storytelling thrive.
