VANCOUVER, Wash. - Washingtoner -- Haven Treatment Center is proud to announce that it has officially received Institution for Mental Diseases (IMD) Certification from the Washington State Health Care Authority, marking a significant milestone in the organization's commitment to providing high-quality residential behavioral health services for children and adolescents.
The IMD determination recognizes Haven Treatment Center as a qualifying residential behavioral health facility under applicable federal Medicaid guidelines. This designation strengthens Haven's ability to partner with Medicaid Managed Care Organizations, commercial health plans, and community stakeholders to improve access to medically necessary behavioral health treatment for youth across Washington State.
Located in Vancouver, Washington, Haven Treatment Center is a 30-bed residential treatment center serving children and adolescents ages 5–17 who require intensive psychiatric and behavioral health care. The facility provides comprehensive, trauma-informed, evidence-based treatment in a safe and structured therapeutic environment designed to help young people stabilize, heal, and successfully transition back to their families and communities.
