SEATTLE, July 28, 2025 ~ EDEN, a leading digital sales enablement platform in the home services industry, has recently unveiled a groundbreaking solution for HVAC field technicians. This new feature aims to help technicians convert routine service calls into full unit replacements, ultimately increasing lead generation and avoiding missed sales opportunities.

Known as the Instant Quote feature, it is available to technicians in two convenient ways. They can either carry a unique NFC card with them or store a mobile wallet QR code on their Apple or Android devices. Both options provide a simple and low-pressure method for technicians to offer replacement solutions to homeowners. Even if a system is not due for immediate replacement, this approach helps build trust and lays the foundation for future upgrades. This allows technicians to focus on providing quality service while still opening the door for potential future sales.

One of the most notable aspects of EDEN's Instant Quote experience is its customization. The feature can be tailored to match the HVAC company's colors, logos, and other branding elements, ensuring a professional and cohesive customer-facing brand and message.

According to Josh Koplin, co-founder of EDEN, "What we're most excited about with the new Instant Quote technology is the introduction of individualized tracking." He explains that this feature will allow HVAC service companies to attribute replacements to specific technicians. When combined with compensation strategies, it can serve as a powerful incentive for field techs to share upfront pricing information with homeowners.

Koplin also believes that this new technology will serve as an additional channel for lead generation. It provides an easy and transparent way for technicians to introduce conversations about new systems and pricing while supporting a better homeowner experience.

With this innovative solution, EDEN continues to revolutionize the home services industry and empower HVAC companies and their field technicians.
