LOS ANGELES - Washingtoner -- Black Beauty Block Party will return to Los Angeles for its fourth annual festival on Nov. 1 in Los Angeles, expanding its programming to celebrate beauty, wellness and community. Presented by Lab Beauty, the annual event will feature two curated marketplaces where attendees can shop directly from beauty, wellness and Black owned brands while connecting with founders and discovering new products. The festival will also include masterclasses, live beauty demonstrations, panel discussions, networking opportunities and interactive brand activations designed to educate and inspire. This year's festival broadens its focus beyond beauty by placing a greater emphasis on the overall wellness of Black women.
Programming will explore topics including skincare, makeup artistry, entrepreneurship and mental health through educational sessions led by industry professionals, founders and licensed experts. "Black Beauty Block Party has always been rooted in creating opportunities for Black women to connect, learn and celebrate one another," said founder Del Martin. "This year, we are expanding that experience by creating space for conversations around beauty and wellness, because both are essential to our community." Since launching in 2023, Black Beauty Block Party has experienced steady growth. The 2025 festival welcomed more than 400 attendees, featured 27 vendors and 13 sponsors, and continued to expand its marketplace while increasing sponsorship participation.
