CANTON, Mass. - Washingtoner -- CANTON, Massachusetts /newswire/ -- CHASM Advanced Materials, Inc. (CHASM) today announced the appointment of John Kawola to the CHASM Board of Directors, effective June 1, 2022. CHASM is a pioneer in the use of Carbon Nanotubes (CNTs) to develop innovative advanced materials and components for safer, more connected and sustainable living, and the appointment of their first independent board member is perfectly timed to support the rapid growth the company is experiencing.
Kawola is CEO of Boston Micro Fabrication (BMF), an additive manufacturing technology company, and has over 30 years of leadership experience in advanced manufacturing and materials technology companies such as Ultimaker, Harvest Automation and Z Corporation. John is also currently the Chairman of Labminds, a laboratory automation technology company and a Board Director at Industrial ML, an industrial machine learning company. John received a BS in Mechanical Engineering from Cornell University, MS in Mechanical Engineering from Rensselaer and an MBA from Union College.
