WOBURN, Mass. - Washingtoner -- Boston Industrial Solutions, Inc. has improved the Natron® DC Series white silicone ink. This specially formulated silicone ink for heat- and air-curing has been enhanced to feature a glossier and brighter finish.
The Natron® DC Series is a two-component silicone ink that dries with or without heat. It also boasts a longer pot life while still maintaining its high reactivity, as well as fast drying and curing speeds.
For screen printing applications, the enhanced Natron® DC Series 310 white ink offers exceptional screen stability and printability. When used as a pad printing ink, the DC Series 310 white ink transfers flawlessly from the pad printing pad to the part.
DC Series retains its status as the only ink that can be heat or air-cured, therefore allowing manufacturers to use this ink on heat-sensitive products such as magnetic bonded parts and silicone encapsulated electronic products.
Once cured, this ink can withstand high temperatures, frequent use, and wear and tear just like silicone rubber. It is safe, non-toxic, free from heavy metals, and fade-resistant.

"This increment may seem small, but its impact is significant. The end user receives a beautiful, glossy, high-opacity print. Meanwhile, the printer enjoys the advantages of a smooth ink that produces impeccable prints, just like our other silicone inks. This advancement not only enhances the overall quality of the prints but also streamlines the production process, reducing waste and increasing efficiency. As we continue to innovate, we are excited to see how these improvements will further elevate our clients' satisfaction and drive their success," said Bonaventure Mutuku, COO of Boston Industrial Solutions.
