New Teams Private Chat migration capabilities and ongoing platform investments strengthen the MigrationWiz experience

AUSTIN, Texas - Washingtoner -- BitTitan, a global leader in migration automation, today announced new Microsoft Teams Private Chat migration capabilities along with a series of platform enhancements and organizational investments that strengthen the MigrationWiz platform and reinforce the company's commitment to simplifying complex cloud migrations.

Over the past six months, BitTitan has strengthened MigrationWiz through targeted engineering investments, product enhancements and organizational alignment designed to improve customer experience and accelerate product development. Recent advancements include the availability of Microsoft Teams Private Chat migration capabilities, engineering improvements that have reduced migration processing delays and improved overall platform responsiveness, and customer experience initiatives that have helped maintain customer satisfaction scores above 94 percent. Together, these investments reflect BitTitan's continued focus on delivering reliable migration technology while responding to evolving customer needs and Microsoft 365 migration requirements.

To support this next phase of growth, BitTitan strengthened its leadership team to accelerate product innovation and operational execution. Ajay Khatri joined BitTitan as General Manager, bringing more than 15 years of experience leading growth and operational transformation across SaaS and private equity-backed software businesses. In his role, Ajay is focused on scaling the business, strengthening execution and ensuring BitTitan continues delivering exceptional experiences for customers and partners.

"When I joined BitTitan, one of my first priorities was listening to our customers, our partners and our employees," said Ajay Khatri, General Manager at BitTitan. "The message was clear: continue investing in the product, improve the overall customer experience and make migrations easier and more successful for our customers. That's exactly what our team has been focused on. We're already seeing the results, and I'm excited about what we'll continue to deliver throughout the rest of the year."

As part of this leadership alignment, Aaron Wadsworth has assumed the role of Senior Director, Product and Strategic Partner Management, where he now leads MigrationWiz product strategy and roadmap while expanding strategic technology partnerships. With more than six years of leadership experience at BitTitan, Aaron is focused on accelerating the delivery of customer-requested capabilities and ensuring MigrationWiz continues to address the evolving needs of managed service providers and enterprise IT organizations.

One of the key recent enhancements is the addition of Microsoft Teams Private Chat migration capabilities within MigrationWiz. Built to address one of the most complex Microsoft 365 migration scenarios, the new functionality enables organizations to migrate Microsoft Teams Private Chat conversations as part of tenant-to-tenant migration projects, helping preserve conversation history and minimize disruption for end users. By expanding MigrationWiz's Microsoft Teams migration capabilities, BitTitan enables customers to complete more comprehensive Microsoft 365 migration projects using a single trusted migration platform.
