Appointment deepens OneVizion's push to bring governed, workflow-aware AI to critical infrastructure deployment and management for telecom and electric utility programs.

ATLANTA - Washingtoner -- OneVizion, the AI-enabled enterprise platform built to manage complex infrastructure data, workflows, and execution, today named Matthew Kirk as Chief Operating Officer. The appointment accelerates OneVizion's strategy to deliver production-grade, governed AI to telecommunications and electric utility operators running large-scale, asset-intensive programs.

Kirk is an accomplished AI engineer and technology leader whose work spans machine learning, data science, and large-scale software systems. Across quantitative finance, high-growth startups, technical education, and applied machine learning, he has built a track record of turning advanced intelligent systems into dependable results for high-stakes business problems.

Kirk has built intelligent systems and data science capabilities that helped companies turn fragmented information into clearer business decisions. His work has supported acquisition-stage growth, helped high-growth software companies replace intuition-led decisions with metrics-driven operating models, and improved how enterprise teams identify revenue drivers, churn risks, and operational efficiency opportunities.

As COO, Kirk will scale OneVizion's operating model and lead delivery of AI capabilities that meet the standards infrastructure operators demand: governed, explainable, secure, and connected to the workflows, assets, and field activity behind operational decisions. In telecom and electric utilities, AI must improve execution without compromising accountability or control.

"Matt is exactly the leader we set out to find — a world-class AI engineer with the operating discipline to scale results, not just prototypes," said Bradley Velotta, President & CEO of OneVizion.

"Telecom and utility operators don't need generic AI bolted onto fragmented systems. They need (and want) a single platform for governed intelligence wired into real workflows, real assets, and real decisions. Hiring Matt at the COO level signals how seriously we are growing in this market — and how confident we are in our ability to lead it."

OneVizion gives operators a single intelligence system of record for projects, assets, documents, vendors, budgets, compliance, and field activity. Built on Linked Record Architecture®, OneVizion enables teams to connect critical information and adapt workflows while maintaining visibility and control across complex operations.

As telecom and electric utilities bring AI into large-scale programs, OneVizion pairs structured enterprise data and configurable workflows with human oversight and AI-enabled capabilities — improving execution while preserving governance, context, accountability, and control.

"OneVizion has built the connected, governed foundation that AI needs to be useful in critical infrastructure — that's rare, and it's why I'm here," said Kirk. "My focus is to scale that foundation into practical, responsible AI that helps telecom and utility operators make better decisions and execute with more coordination and control."

Kirk's appointment reflects OneVizion's accelerating investment in AI and operational excellence as it helps operators move beyond fragmented tools toward a connected system of record built for the next generation of intelligent infrastructure execution.
