Fit Body Boot Camp Launches Nationwide 'Fit Body Forever' Workshops to Help Adults 60+ Rebuild Strength and Prevent Falls

Fit Body Forever (FBF) offers low-impact, coach-led group training customized to individual mobility and joint health. According to Harvard Medical School research, muscle loss (sarcopenia) accelerates up to 3% annually after age 60, drastically raising the risk of osteoporosis, joint stiffness, and falls.
